For orders with a total value of up to 2000 UAH, the delivery fee is paid by the customer upon receipt, with the cost being determined according to the postal operator's rates. For orders exceeding 2000 UAH, the seller covers the delivery fee, making it free of charge for the customer.

Payment for products is made online through credit or debit card using the Portmone payment system (Visa, Mastercard).
Orders shipped via "Nova Poshta" can also be paid upon receiving the goods. Please, note that: in this case, "Nova Poshta" charges an additional commission of 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount.

In accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law," products of satisfactory quality purchased from Komilfo can be returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase (order placement). In such cases, the customer covers the shipping costs for both directions.
Additionally, according to the "Consumer Rights Protection Law," certain items under the category of "underwear" are not eligible for return: bras, panties, undershirts.
